This document, visible in the photo, is an old bearer share issued by the Champagne Ayala house, located in Ay, Marne. It is a 125-franc share, as indicated by the central inscription "ACTION DE 125 FRANCS AU PORTEUR" (125-FRANC BEARER SHARE). The certificate is framed by an elegant geometric pattern typical of early 20th-century securities, with dominant blue-green hues and clear printing on paper. The name "CHAMPAGNE AYALA" is clearly visible in capital letters at the top of the document, accompanied by precise legal information about the limited company and its share capital.

In the upper part, the registered office "Château d'Ay - Ay (Marne)" is displayed, along with the printed signatures of the administrators.
