This document is an old bearer share issued by the company "Tuileries & Briqueteries de Bohain" (Aisne), visible in large format in the photo. It is a 250 Francs share, printed on paper, dating from the early 20th century, probably the 1920s according to the typography, ornamental style, and the mention of capital of 750,000 Francs. The entire document features an intricate decorative brown frame, typical of French shares and bonds from this period.

The upper part of the document displays the company name, its capital, and the location of the factories in Bohain (Aisne). The main inscriptions are perfectly legible: "Action de 250 Francs au Porteur" (Bearer Share of 250 Francs), followed by the issue number "2612" and the handwritten signatures of the administrators. A round stamp is visible on the right, attesting to the authenticity of the certificate.

The lower part includes a series of detachable coupons, all numbered "2612" and labeled "Tuileries et Briqueteries de Bohain", with coupon numbering from 8 to 30. These coupons are still attached to the main document, making it a complete example, sought after in the field of old securities and scripophily. The paper print has a beige to brown tint, with slight embossing visible on some elements of the frame.

The general condition of the share shows marked horizontal folds, probably due to prolonged folded storage. The corners are slightly dog-eared, and some edges show small tears or signs of wear, without affecting the legibility or integrity of the document.
