An antique financial document, this is a bearer share from the "Compagnie Nouvelle d'Éditions Cinématographiques Cinématographes Phocéa" company, headquartered in Marseille. The nominal value of the share is one hundred francs, as indicated in capital letters in the center of the document. The paper has a pale green hue with decorative geometric patterns around the perimeter, typical of French financial securities from the early 20th century.

The upper part of the document clearly shows the company name, the type of share ("Action de Cent Francs au Porteur" - Bearer Share of One Hundred Francs), and the issue number (079153). Several original handwritten signatures are visible at the bottom, as well as a red ink stamp affixed to both the share and the detachable coupons at the bottom. The document also bears the mention "ENTIEREMENT LIBÉRÉE" (FULLY PAID UP).

The lower part features a series of nineteen numbered coupons, each stamped with a red seal. These coupons were intended to be detached upon payment of dividends, which gives the whole a certain historical and visual value. The entire document is printed on paper, whose texture and period patina are clearly visible in the photo.

The typography, ornamental motifs, and layout reflect a typical 1920s design, with an elegant and refined composition, characteristic of financial documents from that period. The presence of legal and statutory mentions, as well as the company's share capital, is also noted.

Condition

Used item, sold as is. The share shows a natural patina, some creases and traces of use visible in the photo, particularly on the edges and at the coupons. The inscriptions remain legible and the stamps are well marked.
