Description

An old bearer share certificate issued by Émailleries Réunies et Forges de Creil et la Sarre. This is a hundred-franc share, printed on paper, whose typical presentation evokes the 1920s. The document is richly adorned with a decorative blue-green frame, with geometric and floral motifs, characteristic of financial securities of that era.

The visible side shows the main title with the inscription "ACTION DE CENT FRANCS AU PORTEUR" (HUNDRED-FRANC BEARER SHARE) in capital letters, against a background of fine guilloche. Also visible are: the share number (N° 122069), the handwritten signature of an administrator, the mention of the share capital, and the registered office in Paris. The printing style and typography are typical of administrative and stock market documents from the early 20th century.

In the lower part of the document, a series of detachable coupons is perfectly preserved. These coupons, numbered from 9 to 28, each bear the inscription "Émailleries Réunies et Forges de Creil et la Sarre", the share number, and the corresponding coupon number. The monogram "ERFS" (company initials) appears as a watermark on each coupon.

The whole presents a dominant blue-green hue with shades of gray, on matte-finish paper. The engraving details and the various inserts are clearly legible. No major defects are visible on the presented side; the edges appear neat, with no apparent signs of chipping or tearing.

This type of document is emblematic of France's financial and industrial history, and attests to the graphic style of the interwar period. Note the absence of any superfluous handwritten annotations or additional stamps on the visible side.

Condition

This bearer share certificate is used and sold as is. The visible side is in very good condition, with perfectly legible inscriptions and intact coupons.
