This document, visible in the photo, is a bearer share issued by the "Compagnie Nouvelle d?Éditions Cinématographiques", dated March 31, 1920, and based in Marseille. It is an authentic financial security for one hundred francs, typical of the 1920s, presented in a rectangular format with a wide decorative classical-style border, printed in pale green and adorned with plant and geometric motifs all around.

The upper part of the document displays the full name of the company "Compagnie Nouvelle d?Éditions Cinématographiques" in capital letters, followed by legal mentions and details about the share capital.
