Description

An old company share, it is a bearer share issued by the company "Lanusse y Olaguergui Ltda", visible on the main side of the document. The layout features an ornamental frame with grey floral motifs, characteristic of financial documents from the mid-20th century. The central background is cream-colored, with a large area printed in pale yellow, including a large "500" watermark and several mentions in capital letters. The entire text is in Spanish, typical of shares issued in Argentina during that period.

The upper part shows the mentions "TÍTULO" No. 2238, "SERIE N° 52" and a range of share numbers from 259501 to 260000, confirming that it is a batch of 500 shares of one hundred pesos each. The company name is inscribed in a decorative cartouche at the top: "LANUSSE Y OLAGUEGUI LTDA SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA".

The central text, very legible, states: "TÍTULO AL PORTADOR DE QUINIENTAS ACCIONES DE CIEN PESOS M/N C/U", which means "Bearer share of five hundred shares of one hundred pesos each". A light orange stamp or print "500" is visible in the center, serving as a security and authenticity measure.

In the lower part, the document bears the handwritten date "Bahía Blanca, 14 de Septiembre de 1965" as well as two original signatures, one from the secretary and the other from the president, which attests to its administrative authenticity. The left margin suggests the presence of other similar titles, suggesting that it comes from a register or a book of titles.

The overall condition shows well-preserved period paper, with no tears or major folds visible on the face, with slight traces of handling and a homogeneous patina testifying to its age.
