Description

Old financial document visible in the photo, it is a bearer share issued by the "Compagnie Française de Constructions Industrielles". The exposed side features a typical 1920s print, with a finely ornamented graphic frame in mauve and gray tones, characteristic of financial securities from that era. The center of the document displays in large capitals: "ACTION DE CENT FRANCS AU PORTEUR" (BEARER SHARE OF ONE HUNDRED FRANCS), accompanied by the number 35,225 and several red stamps, including one with the mention "CAPITAL 6,500,000 FRANCS".

The lower part of the document is composed of detachable coupons, aligned in two columns, each bearing the company name, share number, and stamps identical to those on the main certificate. These coupons, typical of old shares, were used to collect dividends. The entire document is printed on paper with a slightly yellowed appearance, testifying to its age and visual authenticity.

The main text, perfectly legible, mentions the company's share capital, registered office, and the full company name. Several printed signatures and an official stamp are visible in the bottom right. The printing shows fine detail and period typography, with decorative elements around the border of the certificate.

The graphic style, layout, and typography, as well as the mention of capital in francs, confirm a typical dating from the 1920s. No details are invented: only elements visible on the presented side are described.

Condition

Used document, sold as is. The visible side shows some folds and slight signs of wear, with no apparent tears. The inscriptions remain perfectly legible and the stamps are clear.
