Former bearer share certificate issued by Ets RATEL s.a., presented here in its authentic 1920s version. This vintage financial document, in open format, is distinguished by a decorative blue frame with geometric patterns typical of the early 20th century. The main part of the certificate displays "Ets RATEL s.a." in large letters, followed by legal notices and the share capital, as well as the address of the registered office located in Pierrefitte (Seine-Saint-Denis). The document is numbered (N° 000.491 to N° 000.500), with printed signatures at the bottom left and right.

The right-hand page features a series of detachable coupons, each marked "Ets RATEL S.A." and numbered according to their order (eleventh to twenty-fourth visible coupon), intended to be surrendered upon dividend payment. The coupons are printed in a matching blue, with a regular and neat layout that highlights the typography of the period. The entire document is printed on paper with a slightly textured appearance, typical of old shares, although it is not possible to identify the precise material from the image.

The graphic style, the complex framing, and the bilingual presentation of the document bear witness to the care taken in printing financial securities in the early 20th century. This type of share was common in French limited companies during the interwar period, and the mention "fully paid" indicates that the shares were fully paid upon issue.

The document, in its visible presentation, shows no major tears or apparent stains on the exposed surface. The colors and the sharpness of the inscriptions are well preserved, as are the coupons, which have not been detached.
