This document is an old bearer share, issued by the "Société Anonyme de Gérance des Bruttons de la Société de Recherches et de Forages" (GBRF), headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco. It is a "Founder's Share" certificate, numbered 0457, as indicated on the visible side. The document features a large ornamental border in a classic style, typical of shares and financial securities from the early 20th century.

The left side of the document displays a central print with decorative surrounding motifs, a main frame containing the company name, the title designation, the share capital (21,000 francs), as well as several printed signatures, including that of the chairman of the board of directors.
