An old bearer financial security issued by the Union Financière Mobilière (UFM), shown here in a typical 1920s presentation. The document features a wide decorative floral frieze in blue-grey on a cream background, framing the text and legal notices. At the top, the full name "Union Financière Mobilière" is displayed in capital letters, with the UFM acronym in a medallion and the company's red stamp on the left. The registered office is indicated as Paris.

The central part specifies the share value ("100 Francs Bearer Share fully paid up"), the individual number (No. 080503), and the capital mention (25,000,000 Francs). Two printed signatures of administrators appear at the bottom of the main cartouche. The paper has a slightly yellowed appearance, typical of period paper, with clear printing and well-preserved details.

In the lower part of the document, a series of detachable coupons, numbered 1 to 40, spans the entire width. Each coupon bears the inscription "Union Financière Mobilière", the share number, the coupon number, and a circular red stamp "UFM Action". These coupons were intended to be detached to collect dividends or interest.

The entire document is printed in blue on thick paper, with red highlights for the stamps and a harmonious layout typical of French securities from the early 20th century. No frame or back is visible in the photo.
