Authentic antique financial document, it is a bearer share issued by Société Industrielle du Vêtement AS, visible on the main face of the certificate. This document features extensive classical ornamentation, with a decorative frame showcasing floral motifs and a central cartouche containing all legal and financial information. The paper has a light beige dominant color, with brown printing and touches of red for the stamps and official endorsements.

The certificate bears the inscription "Action de Priorité de Cent Francs au Porteur" (Priority Share of One Hundred Francs to Bearer) in capital letters, and it is complemented by a series of detachable coupons aligned in the lower part of the document. Each coupon displays the company's red "SAV" logo, accompanied by the text "Société Industrielle du Vêtement Action N°... Coupon de Dividende" (Industrial Garment Company Share N°... Dividend Coupon) and a serial number. The main part of the document also shows the signatory's name, the address of the registered office in Paris (38, rue Croix des Petits Champs), and the mention of the share capital of 5,000,000 francs.
