Description

Original JVC AA-PTS AC adapter, presented here in its period packaging with its red and black cardboard box with black lettering. The adapter is visible through a transparent plastic bag, showing a predominantly dark red finish with ventilation grilles on the top surface and black sides. On the top part, a label indicates an electrical safety warning in French, typical of old electronic equipment. The whole set displays an industrial design characteristic of household and audiovisual accessories from the 70s-80s, with functional lines and a marked visual robustness.

The original box, made of rigid cardboard, bears the reference "AA-PTS ADAPTATEUR SECTEUR" and the "JVC" brand (Victor Company of Japan, Ltd.), which guarantees the authenticity of the accessory. The packaging shows visible signs of wear on the edges and around the lid, signs of prolonged storage, but remains generally in good structural condition. The inscriptions are clearly legible, reinforcing the vintage aspect and the provenance of the item.

The adapter itself reveals, through the transparency of the bag, a metallic grille (or with a metallic finish) allowing efficient ventilation, typical of power supplies of this period. Several fixing screws are visible on the top, as well as part of the power cable.
