This old issue of the "Lisette" newspaper is an original copy dated Sunday, April 30, 1933, recognizable by its illustrated cover typical of early 20th-century French youth press. It is issue number 18 of the thirteenth year of publication (616th delivery), as indicated at the top left of the cover. This periodical, intended for young girls, is distinguished by its title "Lisette" written in white cursive letters on an oval blue background, surrounded by stylized floral motifs and yellow inserts specifying the number of pages and the price (16 pages, 25 centimes).

The cover features a color-illustrated scene depicting a young woman in domestic attire, greeting another young woman dressed in a black dress and beret, holding a brown handbag. The scene takes place in front of an open gate leading to a garden with autumnal colors, with fallen leaves on the ground and trees with red and green foliage. The illustration bears the artist's signature at the bottom right.
