This old issue of "Lisette" magazine, dated Sunday, August 27, 1933, is an authentic example of illustrated youth press from the early 20th century. The colorful cover features a lively market scene titled "Les Chaussons aux pommes" (Apple Turnovers), typical of the narrative illustrations of the era. The title "Lisette" is highlighted in a blue oval cartouche, framed with stylized floral motifs, with the mention "Journal des fillettes" (Girls' Magazine) below.

The front layout indicates "16 pages", a common format for youth magazines of this period. The original price, "25 centimes", is clearly visible, as is the mention "Parait : chaque semaine" (Published: every week), emphasizing its weekly publication.
