This beautiful antique bronze ornament features a flower basket suspended by a knotted ribbon, in a style typical of Louis XVI decor. The visible side shows a chiseled design of a woven basket overflowing with stylized flowers and foliage, all topped with an elegant bow. The entire piece is richly crafted, with fine reliefs and clearly visible plant details on both the upper part and the basket's bouquet.

The ornament has a characteristic brown patina of antique bronze, with some lighter shades on the raised parts, suggesting authentic wear and a certain age. The surface reveals a slightly raised decoration, highlighting the fineness of the craftsmanship.

The knotted ribbon motif, very present in French decorative arts of the late 18th century, extends downwards with a stem adorned with small leaves and flowers, blending into the flower basket. The basket, with its woven appearance, blossoms into a symmetrical bouquet of flowers and leaves, some details of which are still very clear despite some traces of oxidation or old fixings visible on the front.
