This beautiful antique bronze ornament depicts a basket of flowers suspended by a knotted ribbon, in a style typical of Louis XVI decor. The visible side shows a chiseled design of a woven basket overflowing with stylized flowers and foliage, all topped by an elegant knot. The piece is richly detailed, with fine relief work and clearly visible botanical details on both the upper part and the flower bouquet in the basket.

The ornament features a characteristic brown patina of antique bronze, with some lighter nuances on the raised parts, suggesting authentic wear and age. The surface reveals a slight relief decoration, highlighting the delicacy of the craftsmanship.

The motif of the knotted ribbon, very present in late 18th-century French decorative arts, extends downwards with a stem adorned with small leaves and flowers, blending into the floral basket.
