Official "Universal Postal Union" postcard, with the mention "Belgique", illustrated with a cancelled 5-centimes red stamp, with handwritten address in black ink. The inscriptions are in French and Dutch ("Carte Postale / Postkaart"). The postmark is clearly visible on the stamp.

The item shows signs of wear due to its age: blunted corners, visible marks and stains, period patina. Sold as is, used.
