Old Vietnamese First Day Cover (FDC) postmarked March 26, 1970. It features two red stamps, one of which is 6 xu, depicting an agricultural scene, with inscriptions in Vietnamese and French ("Promulgation of the law 'The tiller owns his rice field'"). The first day postmark is very legible. The entire item is protected in a clear plastic sleeve.
Condition: Used item, in good overall condition for its age. Some visible traces and signs of wear on the envelope, without altering the main elements. The envelope is sold as is.
