It features four colorful stamps (orange, pink, green, and blue) depicting a person in action, with a "SAIGON" cancellation. On the left side, a drawing of a mosquito and a medical symbol are printed, accompanied by the inscription "Di?t Tr? S?t Rét ? Éradication du Paludisme" (Malaria Eradication).

Used condition: The cover shows slight visible signs of handling, with no major tears. The colors of the stamps are well preserved. Sold as is.
