Former First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, dated October 15, 1965, illustrated with the theme of higher education ("??I H?C VI?T-NAM"). It features four colorful stamps (green, red, blue, brown), each postmarked with the first day cancellation in Saigon. The illustration depicts a student in a gown, a library, and university motifs, all in shades of orange and green. The inscriptions are in Vietnamese and French.

Condition: Used item, with signs of wear and age-related marks, but generally well preserved for a philatelic item from this period. Sold as is.
