Former First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, illustrating the "La Poste au Service de la Population" (The Post Office Serving the Population) operation, dated 15-12-1967. The envelope features a purple canceled stamp depicting a postman, as well as inscriptions in Vietnamese and French, clearly visible on the front. The whole set has sober colors (beige and purple) and a clear print, typical of official issues of the time.
