Old FDC Vietnam 1967 Lions International envelope, first day stamp

Former First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, issued on December 5, 1967, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Lions International. The envelope features a bright pink stamp (3?) illustrating a traditional Vietnamese building, as well as the commemorative postmark "LIONS INTERNATIONAL 1917-1967" from Saigon. Inscriptions are in French and Vietnamese, with the colorful Lions International logo printed on the left.
