Vintage First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, dated March 26, 1970. It features two red "VIỆT NAM CỘNG HÒA" stamps with agricultural illustrations, as well as a postmark from the same day. The envelope has inscriptions in Vietnamese and French, including "Promulgation of the law 'The tiller has his own rice field'". The whole is on a cream background, and the prints and stamps are clearly visible.
Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows slight handling marks consistent with its age, with no apparent tears.
