Old postmarked envelope, early 20th century, from the wholesale haberdashery "Pétrus Cheneval" in La Valette near Saint-Chamond (Loire). The envelope is franked with a red 50c stamp and bears a handwritten address to Lyon, with a legible postmark. Commercial print visible on the front.
