Old postmarked envelope, franked in Nice and sent by registered mail. It bears a purple stamp with a visible postmark dated "26-2-20", a registered mail label "R NICE R.P. 925", as well as a handwritten address for the Director of Direct Taxes in Nice. "HOTEL WASHINGTON" letterhead printed in the upper left. Legible handwritten script and clearly visible period postmarks.

Condition: Used item, with traces of wear and marks related to its age. Sold as is, as shown in the photos.
