Former official French envelope, sent by airmail and bearing the inscription "OFFICIEL URGENT PAR AVION" (OFFICIAL URGENT BY AIRMAIL). The envelope is orange-yellow in color, addressed to an official at the Brest Naval crew depot. It features a stamp dated January 29, 1971 (Naval Base Madarienne Building) and an administrative triangular stamp with a handwritten signature. The inscriptions and stamps are clearly visible, testifying to its administrative and military use.

Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows slight handling marks, consistent with its age and use, with no apparent tears.
