The envelope features a French stamp on the theme of the Football World Cup, a special postmark dated February 6, 1983, as well as an illustration of the Jean Guimier sports complex.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows slight signs of handling consistent with its age, but remains in overall good visual condition. The inscriptions and illustration are clear.
