Old envelope for collectors, franked with a cancelled stamp. This is a commemorative envelope related to the Bagnères-de-Luchon Philatelic Exhibition, dated July 9 and 10, 1966. The round postmark bears the name of the exhibition and a depiction of a building. The 0.30 F stamp illustrates an old ship and a portrait in a medallion, on a red and black background. The printed address "SCOTEM, 5 Rue Lamartine, Paris IXe" is also visible on the envelope.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows some signs of wear and a discreet handwritten pencil annotation ("20 €") on the lower left corner.
