An old franked postal envelope, sent from the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. It features two cancelled "EUROPA CEPT" stamps in red and blue, with postmarks dated September 24, 1960. The handwritten address and the official stamp of the Council of Europe are clearly visible. The whole set offers a beautiful example of French postal history, ideal for philatelic collectors.
