Description

Old pocket watch signed on the dial "Chrono Feuvrier à Nancy". The white enamel dial features a double graduation with Roman numerals for the hours and a peripheral indication in Arabic numerals from 13 to 24, punctuated by raised gilded dots.

The dial also has an auxiliary sub-dial at 6 o'clock, with the mention "Déposé" visible above it. The case, made of gilded metal or an alloy with a gilded finish, offers a beautiful warm patina. The bezel is highlighted with a beaded or gadrooned decoration, while the back is adorned with an engraved decoration with floral and foliate motifs.

The bail, the fluted crown, and the winding elements are typical of late 19th or early 20th-century pocket watches. The inside of the cover bears embossed inscriptions, some of which are partially legible, particularly around the mentions related to the mechanism.
