Description

Vintage Novai brand camera, model 7000, presented here in a matte black finish. The object displays a massive and angular silhouette, characteristic of some models from the post-1970 era, with a design marked by an ergonomic right-side handle with visible horizontal striations and a wide black strap attached to both sides of the body. The name "NOVAI™" appears clearly in white letters on the top of the hood, and the reference "7000" is printed on the right side of the front panel of the body, below the rectangular optical viewfinder.

The front face is dominated by a prominent circular lens, featuring a large textured ring, which immediately draws the eye. The center of the lens reveals the internal lens, surrounded by a black surface with several small visible dots on the periphery, probably fastening or decorative elements. A red button is also noticeable on top of the handle, typical of the mechanical triggers of this generation of cameras. The body has a robust appearance, with clean lines, and shows no superfluous decoration, relying on a functional and retro aesthetic.

The rectangular viewfinder is positioned in the upper right third of the front face (front view), suggesting a classic optical aiming system. No additional markings or adjustment indications are visible on this face. The overall design, typography, and the presence of the strap suggest a device designed for portable use, while affirming a very strong vintage identity.

The matte black finish shows some traces of use and slight surface marks, notably around the lens and on the body, indicating prior use.
