This licensed Mattel He-Man Electronic Skull Staff is presented here in its original, fully sealed, new condition packaging. The box features a dominant dark blue color, enhanced with colorful illustrations and a life-size visual of the electronic scepter on the front. The "HE-MAN" logo is clearly visible in the top left, against a yellow and pink background, immediately recognizable by 1980s-1990s toy enthusiasts.

The design of the staff visible on the box is distinguished by a segmented, metallic-looking structure, ending in a stylized skull, adorned with red and yellow details around the eye sockets. Several sound effects are highlighted, with onomatopoeia printed on the cardboard such as "Spookay!" and "Ohooohohohoh!", emphasizing the interactive nature of the toy.
