Old 2 Kronen banknote issued by the Austro-Hungarian Bank, dated March 1, 1917, visible on the front. This rectangular banknote is predominantly red with a border richly adorned with floral and geometric motifs. In the center, the main inscription "ZWEI KRONEN" is framed by two stylized female portraits, one on the left and one on the right, set in octagonal medallions. Several multilingual inscriptions are visible, indicating the nominal value in different languages, including German, Czech, Italian, and Hungarian, which is typical of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at the time.

The background of the banknote is decorated with a complex pattern, with a double-headed coat of arms (imperial eagle) in the center, a symbol of the Empire. The numbers "2" are printed in bright red in the upper and lower corners. The serial numbers "1356" and "No. 839181" are clearly visible in black in the lower part, confirming the authenticity of the item.

The banknote's paper displays a marked patina, typical of circulated period banknotes, with apparent signs of wear, horizontal and vertical folds, rounded corners, and some visible stains on the border. The center of the banknote shows a pronounced fold line, with no major tears observable on the presented side.

The print details remain crisp, with good readability of the main and secondary texts. The border features a continuous floral decoration, characteristic of the monetary style of the early 20th century in Central Europe.
