Decorative transparent plexiglass block, featuring a commemorative French Post Office stamp, visible on one side. The stamp depicts the Assembly of the Three Orders in Vizille in 1788, a precursor event to the French Revolution. It displays the words "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE" (French Republic) as well as the face value "3,00," and bears the inscription "1788 ASSEMBLÉE DES 3 ORDRES, VIZILLE" (1788 Assembly of the Three Orders, Vizille) in red below the central engraving.
