Antique film reel for a Pathé-Baby projector, shown here in its original condition. The item presented is a circular reel with solid edges, typical of film media used in early amateur cinema. The upper side shows the embossed inscription "PATHÉ BABY," characteristic of Pathé productions intended for their range of home cinema projectors. The surface of the reel displays a dark patina, suggesting an aged and authentic appearance, with traces of use consistent with its age.

On the edge, a handwritten or printed label bears the inscription "La Vitesse," suggesting the title of the film contained on the reel. This label is attached to the perimeter, near the film exit slot, a classic detail of reels from that era for identifying content without having to unroll the film.

The reel itself appears to be made of a dark material with a metallic or bakelite appearance (material not confirmed, appearance only), typical of projection accessories from the early to mid-20th century. No bright colors or decoration are visible; the whole adopts a raw and functional finish. The center of the reel has a circular hole, allowing it to be mounted on the projector's spindle.
