This listing is for an antique mechanical music box, Jokiwa Japan brand, presented here without its original case, mounted directly on a raw wooden base. The object consists of a visible mechanism including a metal cylinder with pins, a musical comb with parallel reeds, a flywheel, and a domed metal cover bearing the inscription "JAPAN" in molded letters. All visible elements show a homogeneous patina, characteristic of an antique piece, with traces of oxidation and wear from use on the metallic parts.

The rectangular wooden base provides stable support for the entire mechanism. The partially gilded cylinder reveals the complexity of the musical system, while the plate and fastening screws are clearly visible on the top surface.
