Description
Antique pharmacy advertising tin, from the brand CARBONEX, visible on the front. The object has a cylindrical shape with rounded corners, typical of mid-20th century medicine tins. The tin is bright red with a large yellow insert on the front, featuring numerous black and red indications. The main inscription "CARBONEX" appears in large letters, on a yellow background, accompanied by the mentions "ESTOMAC FOIE-INTESTIN" (STOMACH LIVER-INTESTINE) at the top and therapeutic indications below.

The graphic design is characteristic of the 1950s-1960s, with a play of varied typographies and an emphasis on medical indications: "Le charbon blanc" (White charcoal), "Magnésie Soufrée" (Sulphured Magnesia), "Dyspepsies biliaires" (Biliary dyspepsia), "Séquelles d'ictères" (Sequelae of jaundice), "Brûlures" (Heartburn), "Météorisme" (Bloating), "Constipation", "Entéro-colite" (Enterocolitis).
