Old rectangular metal advertising box for "Pectoral Nelse" lozenges, typical of mid-20th century pharmaceutical products. Its visible face has a light gray background with a satin finish, punctuated by oxidation spots and authentic signs of wear. The lid features a central inscription "PECTORAL NELSE" in yellow capital letters on a purple band, a graphic characteristic of old pharmacy boxes.

In the lower left corner, the mention "PRIX F 50" is clearly printed in purple. On the lower right part of the lid, also in purple, reads: "MERVEILLEUSES PASTILLES ANTISEPTIQUES PECTORALES POUR LA GUÉRISON RAPIDE DES VOIES RESPIRATOIRES." The edges of the box are rounded and show a faded golden patina, typical of objects from that era.

The surface of the lid shows rust spots, mainly around the edges, and several marks of use, testifying to its authenticity and age. No additional decoration or illustration is visible, which highlights the utilitarian and sober aspect of this type of old packaging.

This compact box was used to contain antiseptic lozenges intended to relieve the respiratory tract. The overall design, typography, and the mention of the price in old francs suggest manufacturing prior to the 1960s. The object is a choice piece for the history of pharmacy, old advertising, or vintage decoration.

The lid is the only visible side in the photo; no elements of the back, sides, or interior are observable. The inscriptions remain perfectly legible despite the wear of time.
