Description

Old miniature "mignonette" bottle, as seen in the photo, from the Ricard brand. This bottle has the compact shape characteristic of aperitif mignonettes, with a narrow neck topped with a silver-colored and blue-edged metallic screw cap. The bottle is made of transparent, slightly green-tinted glass, revealing the empty interior.

On the visible side, the original label is well preserved and displays the famous Ricard logo in dark blue uppercase letters. The center of the label mentions "45°", surrounded by a stylized rosette, with the inscriptions "Apéritif Anisé" and "France". The mention "Le Vrai Pastis de Marseille" appears in red at the bottom of the label, an emblematic visual detail of the brand. The inscription "2.3 cl" is also present, indicating the capacity on the visual, which corresponds to the common use of promotional or tasting mignonettes.

The bottle has a vintage appearance, notably due to the graphic style of the label, typical of the second half of the 20th century. The dominant colors are blue, cream, and red, contrasting with the transparency of the glass. The neck shows some signs of wear visible on the cap, consistent with an old, used item.

This Ricard mignonette is a representative example of French aperitif advertising items and souvenirs, often used as bar miniatures or retro decorative objects. Its presentation is eye-catching due to the period graphics and the Ricard brand, an essential reference in the world of anise-flavored spirits.

The bottle is shown placed on a tray or a molded decorative frame, which highlights its decorative and vintage aspect. No liquid is visible inside; the bottle is empty, as indicated by the keywords and the image.

Condition

Used item, sold as is. The bottle is empty. The label shows slight signs of age and wear but remains legible on the visible side. Some marks of age are visible on the cap and the glass, with no apparent chips on the visible side.

Did you know? Ricard, founded in Marseille in 1932 by Paul Ricard, has become one of the emblematic pastis brands in France. Advertising mignonettes like this one were frequently distributed in the 1960s-1980s to promote the brand in cafés and liquor stores.
