Description

This vintage advertising lighter features a brushed silver finish, characteristic of promotional models from major 20th-century tobacco brands. Its rectangular silhouette and slightly rounded edges recall the classic shapes of iconic petrol lighters.

On the visible side, a rectangular design displays a graphic pattern reminiscent of the Camel brand: a stylized camel silhouette is visible, printed in brown on a yellow and white background, with a visible patina and worn effect. This advertising graphic, though partially faded, remains identifiable and gives the object a highly sought-after retro aesthetic.

The body of the lighter has a smooth, slightly satin surface, emphasizing the sober and timeless look of the whole. No other markings, logos, or inscriptions are apparent on the observed side. It opens with a hinged lid, typical of flint and petrol lighters, whose hinge is visible on the left side.

The patina, as well as the traces of wear on the design, attest to prior use and reinforce its authentic character. The central motif shows areas of alteration, without, however, obscuring the visibility of the camel, an iconic element associated with the Camel brand.
