Old Soviet-era badge pin, visible in the photo, with a typical shape of industrial honors from the USSR and Eastern Bloc countries. The pin features a red shield bordered with a gold finish, adorned at the top with a red five-pointed star. The inscription "ETI" appears in gold capital letters, surmounting a stylized lightning motif, a common symbol for technical sectors or the electrical industry.

Below the shield, a red rectangular plate bears the inscription "VZORNÝ PRACOVNÍK" in gold letters, which means "Exemplary Worker" in Czech or Slovak. The entire badge is mounted on a long, thin pin, typical of insignia worn on jackets or uniforms.

The vivid red background contrasts with the gold letters and motifs, giving the object a retro aesthetic characteristic of Soviet decorations from the 1970s-1980s. Condition

Used item, sold as is. The red enamel is well preserved, but there are small traces of wear on the gilded parts and some superficial marks, with no major loss on the visible side.
