Description

Vintage fantasy brooch, round in shape, made of silver-plated metal with a deliberately textured and patinated surface. The front features a sculptural design evoking an abstract composition, with several rounded and raised volumes, giving the whole a strong visual presence.

The piece is distinguished by the integration of iridescent cabochons. An oval blue cabochon with shifting reflections occupies the lower left quarter, catching the light and revealing shades from blue to green, while three smaller, round, also iridescent cabochons are arranged in an arc on the right side. These elements provide a colorful contrast and a sense of depth to the brooch.

Two fine-link gold chains are applied to the surface, forming parallel arcs that emphasize the overall movement of the pattern. Their brilliant finish contrasts with the matte and granulated appearance of the background metal, accentuating the ornamental character of the piece.

The brooch is photographed in its case, on a light background, with an old frame in the background, which highlights its retro style and metallic reflections. No marking or signature is visible on the presented face.
