This item is an antique French voter card, dated September 1, 1945, immediately after World War II. The document, visible in the photograph, features a discreet geometric pattern background, typical of official French administrative papers of the era. The inscription "LIEU DE VOTE" (POLLING PLACE) at the top left, as well as the handwritten fields (name, first names, profession, date and place of birth, domicile) are clearly visible and attest to the administrative rigor of the post-war period.

On the front, the handwritten entries "Bicais Rey Marie Justine", born on 5-2-90 in La Tour d'Aigues (Vaucluse), with the address indicated, are discernible. Several manually filled ballot boxes are also visible, as is the issue date "1er Septembre 1945". An official round stamp bears the inscription "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE - CHYPASSOIS - LISTES ÉLECTORALES" (FRENCH REPUBLIC - CHYPASSOIS - ELECTORAL ROLLS), an important authentication element for historical administrative documents.

The entire document has a slightly yellowed and patinated appearance, consistent with nearly eight decades of preservation. The paper appears flexible, with slight fold marks visible in the photo, but no apparent tears in the exposed area. The handwritten script, in dark ink, remains legible in all visible fields.
