This vintage playing card features the famous Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a graphic style inspired by Japanese manga. The official "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" logo is clearly visible in the upper left, faithful to the 90s design. In the upper right, a Japanese ideogram accompanied by the word "TREE" is printed on a black background.

The card has three circular perforations on the left side, suggesting a ring binder storage system typical of Japanese playing card or file collections. Several Japanese inscriptions are printed on the lower part, including a large yellow line on a black background, as well as a red and yellow box indicating "HP 190" and attack points, characteristic of 1990s point-based card games.
