Description
Vintage Michelin road map, "Auvergne Bourbonnais" edition, presented in its dark green hardcover version. The front cover bears the inscription "MICHELIN" at the top, surmounted by the famous white Bibendum logo. The words "Guide du Tourisme" appear in a blue banner in the upper left corner. The title "Auvergne Bourbonnais" appears in the center, in white letters, accompanied by a stylized drawing of a mountainous landscape and a religious building, both outlined in yellow and white.

The cover has a grainy texture, typical of Michelin editions from the mid to late 20th century, giving it a robust and professional appearance. The printing of the building and landscape evokes a retro aesthetic, characteristic of road maps from that period.

At the bottom of the cover, the mention "PNEU MICHELIN" followed by an address (partially legible) confirms that it is an official Michelin edition. No vintage year is visible in the photo, but the graphic style and color palette suggest this map dates from the 1970s-1980s, a period when this deep green and stylized illustrations were favored by the publisher.

The map is photographed in a vertical position, placed on a wooden table in an old library, which highlights the contrast between the paper's texture and the old book environment. No information about the back or interior is visible; only the front cover is shown.

The upper right corner of the cover shows a small visible tear, indicating previous handling or use. The corners and edges show slight wear, with no major tears apparent on the visible side.

Condition
Used item, sold as is. Shows a tear in the upper right corner and slight signs of wear on the front cover, consistent with its age.
