This vintage France Telecom phone card features an iconic retro visual characteristic of French phone cards from the 1990s. On the front, the card displays a warm slice of life: a man and a woman share a friendly moment, illuminated by a golden light, evoking the importance of the telephone in social connection. The inscription "Téléphone, le fil de la vie." (Telephone, the thread of life.) is clearly legible at the bottom of the card, reinforcing the advertising message of the era.

In the upper right, the mention "TELECARTE 50" indicates that it is a chip card with a capacity of 50 units, a standard format for this period. Next to it, a yellow insert states "EN SEMAINE LES TARIFS RÉDUITS DU SOIR COMMENCENT À 18 H 00" (WEEKDAY EVENING DISCOUNT RATES START AT 6:00 PM), typical of France Telecom's communication campaigns to encourage usage outside of peak hours.

The golden electronic chip is clearly visible on the upper left, an essential technical element of these prepaid cards. The "FRANCE TELECOM" logo appears at the bottom right, guaranteeing the authenticity of the historic French operator. The overall graphic design, with its warm tones and photographic style, perfectly illustrates the advertising aesthetic of the late 20th century.

The surface of the card shows a glossy appearance, with no major scratches or apparent defects on the front presented. The corners appear sharp and the chip intact, consistent with the condition of a card carefully preserved. No significant details of wear are observable in the photo.

This type of phone card, now obsolete, is one of the emblematic objects in the history of French telecommunications. Its advertising design and chip format make it a tangible witness to the evolution of communication methods before the mobile era.

Condition: Used item sold as is. See photo for the exact appearance of the front side.
