This is a chip telephone card, known as a "télécarte," issued by France Telecom, illustrating the campaign "Le téléphone est dans le TGV" (The telephone is on the TGV). The visible side features a typical 1990s visual, combining a color photo of a TGV at full speed and a smiling man using a landline phone, with a public telephone in the background. The inscription "TELECARTE 120" appears in the bottom left on a white band, while the France Telecom logo is positioned in the bottom right.

The card adopts the classic format of French télécartes of the era, with a smooth, glossy finish. The gold-plated contact chip is clearly visible in the top left, characteristic of the chip cards used for telephone booths in France during this period. The graphic design combines blue, white, and shades of green, set against a blurred landscape evoking the speed of the train.

The slogan "LE TELEPHONE EST DANS LE TGV" is printed at the top, in white letters on a blue background, recalling the modernization and technological innovation campaign carried out by SNCF and France Telecom in the 90s. The illustration of the TGV, recognizable by its blue and white livery, evokes the iconic model of the first generation of French high-speed trains.

The card shows no major visible defects on the photographed side: the surface appears clean, with no apparent scratches or significant signs of wear. The colors remain vibrant and the text perfectly legible. The overall appearance is in good condition for an item of this era.

The inscriptions and graphics are characteristic of "advertising" télécartes, issued to promote a service or event. No serial number or additional code is visible on this side.
