Description

This antique chromolithograph depicts the head of a hunting dog, probably a spaniel or a pointer, holding a bird in its mouth. The image, finely cut along the contours of the design, is typical of school chromolithographs from the late 19th or early 20th century, used for rewards or educational illustrations.
