Description

This 45 rpm vinyl record features the original cover art for the single "San Francisco / Et Toi" performed by Frédéric François. The visible side displays a colored photographic visual, typical of 1970s style, with the artist in a close-up shot, wearing a blue leather jacket over a light shirt, posing on a motorcycle in front of a blurred urban background. The title "San Francisco – Et Toi" appears in large white and blue letters on a bright yellow background, while the name "Frédéric François" is printed in pink with a white outline, in the bottom left. The "Vogue" label logo is clearly legible in blue. In the upper right of the cover is the reference "45.VB. 140 161".

The cover features a yellow-framed design on three sides, which accentuates the contrast with the central photograph and gives the whole a strong retro aesthetic. The colors are bold, with a dominant yellow background, marked typographies, and a graphic style characteristic of the record production of the period.

The vinyl is presented in its original sleeve; only the front side of the sleeve is visible in the photo. No other accessories are shown. The corners of the sleeve show some signs of handling and slight visible wear marks, notably a small crease on the bottom right corner and a slight patina on the top right, typical of a record that has passed through several decades.

The record is attributed to the "Vogue" label, a recognized brand in vinyl production in France. The cover highlights Frédéric François's clothing style and public image at the time of the record's release, emphasizing the vintage and retro aspect of this musical collector's item.

The graphic elements, color palette, and photographic rendering allow this 45 rpm record to be identified as representative of French pop production from the 70s. The 45 rpm format is confirmed by the mention in the upper right of the sleeve.
