45 rpm vinyl record presented in its original illustrated sleeve, dedicated to Georges Jouvin, a renowned French trumpeter. The visible side of the sleeve displays a typical 60s visual, with a dominant pale blue and off-white, enhanced by a black and white photograph of the artist playing the trumpet. The name "GEORGES JOUVIN" appears in large black letters at the top, followed by the mention "sa trompette et son ensemble" (his trumpet and his ensemble).

The sleeve also details the tracks recorded on this record: "Arrivederci Roma (Boléro)", "La plus belle chose au monde (slow)", "Continent perdu (slow)" and "Chanson de Gervaise (valse lente)".
